Whether it’s something warming in winter, or something hearty for all the family to enjoy, the humble pie is a cornerstone of British cuisine and to celebrate British Pie Week, Kitchen Geekery, in partnership with Essential Cuisine are launching a competition to find the best savory pie recipes – both traditional and contemporary.
The best ten recipes will be tested and photographed, and the writer of the winning recipe will receive a generous package of prizes worth £250!
Nine runners up will each receive a box of the excellent, Essential Cuisine cooking stocks worth £25.
The closing date for entries is May 1st 2013, and entries must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org by then. Unfortunately, only residents of the United Kingdom are eligible for this particular competition, but we do welcome recipes from everyone all over the world.
We reserve the right to publish any entries to the competition on the KitchenGeekery.com website, in either original or amended form.
