The Telegraph to offer free cookery booklets

Being a foodie and resident Brit, I am always keen for a good read – and always even keener when it's a freebie.

So the news that The Telegraph will be including two free recipe booklets from the Leith School of Food and Wine in London on the 16-17 September is most welcome.

To the right is a gorgeous cover from the fish recipe booklet, and we have published a lamb and butterbean recipe from the meat booklet too.

As many of our readers are fellow Brits, then I thought I would give you ample warning to make sure you pick up a copy!
