Pimms Ruby Orange Spice

This is a delightful twist on Pimms, a quintessential British summertime alcoholic drink.

The recipe and photo is from Galvanina who produce a fantastic range of organic fruit drinks.

  1. Clap the mint leaves together in the palm of your hand and place in the bottom of a lowball glass.
  2. Add the handful of ice into a cocktail shaker.
  3. Pour the pimms and Galvanina orange juice into the shaker with a pinch of cinnamon.
  4. With the lid on, shake it vigorously until cold to the touch.
  5. Pour into the lowball glass.
Originally served at an oyster bar in London in the 1800’s as a digestif, the homemade concoction mixed by a Mr. Pimm was served in a small tankard known as a No. 1 Cup.

Please note that the units field is an estimation, and will vary depending on the type and quantity of alcohol used. Please drink responsibly and legally.
