Blackberry & Ruby Orange Gin Fizz

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 500 g frozen blackberries
  • 4 lemons (chopped into little pieces)
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary (leaves picked)
  • 5 tbsp honey
  • 500 ml gin
  • Galvanina Ruby Orange

Instructions

  1. Add the blackberries, lemons, honey, gin and ruby orange juice to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake gently to mix.
  3. Pour over ice into a jug.
  4. Serve in lowball glasses with some rosemary to garnish.
