Blackberry & Ruby Orange Gin Fizz

This recipe is for a fizzy blackberry and orange gin fizz – perfect for a summers evening. It should be approximately two units per drink.

The recipe and photo is from Galvanina who produce a gorgeous range of organic fruit drinks.

  1. Add the blackberries, lemons, honey, gin and ruby orange juice to a cocktail shaker
  2. Shake gently to mix
  3. Pour over ice into a jug
  4. Serve in lowball glasses with some rosemary to garnish.
Gin was born around 1689, and its earliest known food pairing occurred in 1731 – gingerbread.

Please note that the units field is an estimation, and will vary depending on the type and quantity of alcohol used. Please drink responsibly and legally.
