Equipment

  • Highball glass

Ingredients 

  • 60 ml bourbon whisky
  • 30 ml peach liqueur
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • ¼ peach (peeled & diced)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • mint leaves & sprigs (to garnish)

Instructions 

  • Add the mint leaves together with the diced peach to a cocktail shaker and muddle to release the juices.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and fill the shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
  • Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with a mint sprig.
