Ingredients
- 45 ml vanilla vodka
- 45 ml passion fruit puree
- 15 ml passion fruit liqueur (Such as Passoã or De Kuyper)
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- ½ passion fruit (to garnish)
- 60 ml champagne (optional)
Instructions
- Fill the cocktail shaker with ice.
- Pour in the vodka, passion fruit puree and liqueur, add the sugar.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain the liquid into the coupe glass.
- Garnish with a passion fruit floating on top.
- Serve along with the champagne on the side (as an optional palate cleanser). To drink it as it was intended, sip the drinks alternatively from each glass.
